Could A New ‘Magna Carta’ Spell The End Of Big Data? | LinkedIn



Everything is available at a price. Let companies offer some minimum monetary compensation to the people whose private information is being used by them .



If it is acceptable to the concerned person then they enter into an agreement and company can use his private data but if they do not agree to have an agreement then company cannot use their private date.



There should be clause of severe penalty if a commercial corporation is still found using your data without monetary compensation being provided to you as per the agreement.
