China’s new megalopolis would be bigger than Uruguay and more populous than Germany – Quartz



In the long run this is the most cost effective way of urbanization. Instead of going on building new cities where people or business may or may not shift.Put the money on proven horses , expand them .



In India better option would be to expand existing mega cities like  Mumbai , Delhi ,Chennai ,kolkatta ,Hyderabad ,Bangalore ,pune,Ahmadabad ,Chandigarh and Jaipur.



These are proven horses , so any money put here would not be wasted.
