For sake of our future generations following subjects should be made compulsory in the school systems till the
10th/12th standard :
1.English
2.Maths
3.Science (Physics,chemistry,Biology)
4.Computers (In particular learning the coding skills)
5.Entrepreneurship
After the 10th/12th standard individual students can opt for specialized courses based on their aptitude and skill sets.

I think time for mandatory 100% compulsory voting has come.
We got to use the technology to implement it.Two things are needed for it:
1.A foolproof Bio metric/DNA identity proof for all citizens in a country.
2. An eligible voter should be able to vote from anywhere in the world .
Both these things will become technologically possible in future and we should see 100% participation of eligible voters where they can either vote for any candidate contesting or they can give a no vote as they do not want to vote for any of the candidates contesting but vote they must.
And law of the land should be suitable modified so that suitable penal action to be taken against a voter for not voting in a election.

Hi, Being a Career manager all my life .My experience says that all solutions being suggested by consultants , HR managers and experts are for the people seeking jobs at Junior/Middle level positions or at Initial entry level positions.
For senior level career positions only two things are going to work:
1.Networking , Networking and more Networking through all medias of Networking like social media , conferences , seminars,social gatherings , private meetings etc. at appropriate level in the organisations , where the power of decision making is located.
2.Positive Word of mouth about you by the people who have either worked or interacted with you to the appropriate level in the organisation , where the power of decision making is located.
Well nothing else is going to work , so what a person has to understand is that apart from his/her individual qualifications,knowledge,skills ,hard work and experience he/she got to have a social ecosystem of connected dots working for him if he/she has to have a crack at a top level position in any organisation.
Without the backing of this social ecosystem of connected dots it will be an uphill task to break the glass ceiling.

What we spend on war in a few days could feed the entire planet for one year. We have more than enough means and necessities to provide everybody on the planet with clean water, food and shelter. So ask yourself, why don’t we? Who is thriving off of keeping so many people in such a harsh environment, especially when we have the means to make things better?
What is money? It’s tiny pieces of paper and digits on a computer that we believe is needed to survive, to live comfortably and more. We give so much power to it without recognizing that the power lies within us. So, again, why is the medium for accessing the world’s “resources” this little piece of paper? Why can’t everyone have free access to human necessities? Food, shelter and water, especially when it is clear that we have the means to do so?

In his 3200 years, he has seen a hundred generations of humans come and go. He has weathered thousands of storms, fires, harsh winters, earthquakes, and even climate change - but is growing even faster than ever before.
