DNA is the computer hardware as well as software combined , it creates your mind (software) and body (hardware).
If DNA is OK the machine is going to perform whether it is humans or computers only proper fuel/electricity has to be supplied and machine will perform its job as per its potential.

In India better option would be to expand existing mega cities like Mumbai , Delhi ,Chennai ,kolkatta ,Hyderabad ,Bangalore ,pune,Ahmadabad ,Chandigarh and Jaipur.
These are proven horses , so any money put here would not be wasted.
In the long run this is the most cost effective way of urbanization. Instead of going on building new cities where people or business may or may not shift.Put the money on proven horses , expand them .

The human experience right now encourages us to fend for ourselves. Our society is based on competition, not cooperation. We live our lives in fear of how we look, how we will survive and what our next move in life will be. We are constantly encouraged to think about ourselves, in a world where many believe it is necessary to do so in order to move our lives forward. We are constantly bombarded with false information of global events that shape our perception of the world instead of questioning what we see happening around us.
The truth is, it doesn’t have to be this way. If we come together and cooperate, we could very easily create a system that would provide for everybody on the planet. Our basic needs could be met. Imagine if we created a system where money didn’t come in the way of necessity? Only from this point would we begin to explore our true creativity, and unlock our full potential as a human race. It’s unimaginable to think about the things we would be doing if we had such an experience.

True, the Fed is not obligated to teach the nation fiscal responsibility, but it is within its power. An increase in interest rates would certainly cool down our economy in the short term, as higher borrowing costs discourage business investment, hiring, and spending. All that is temporary, however.
What will replace it is a more conservative culture of borrowing, smarter investment policies (by necessity), and intelligent spending. When money costs what it should, it will force the government, businesses, and consumers to recognize the real value of that money and cut their aspirational coat according to their financial means.

We could regulate away HFT, but we wouldn’t be able to get rid of the underlying problems people point to unless we got rid of markets altogether. As with any new industry, there are aspects of HFT that should be better monitored and regulated, but we should have level-heads and diverse data points as we continue this discussion. As with most important problems, I believe the ultimate solution here lies in educating the public. Or in other words, this is my plug for Python classes for all children!!

They misinterpret...they wait too long or act too soon...and they invariably make the situation worse by sending the wrong signals at just the wrong time.
Most modern economists think the key to economic growth is consumer spending. This is obviously wrong too. It's not spending that causes prosperity, it's saving. Spending is the result of economic progress, not the cause of it. Still, they think that if they can just get the American consumer to spend money he doesn't have on things he doesn't need, somehow, the world will be a better place. The real problem now too much private sector debt in the anglo-saxon economies. But economists think they can solve the problem by adding even more debt in the public sector!
