Let Voters/Consumers decide .
But one thing is for sure that all taxes collected by government whether on Income or wealth or consumption should be spend efficiently , as efficiently as a capitalistic Business does.
Otherwise government has no business collecting all that money and wasting it as money is a very very very precious resource.
