Jobless growth is a time bomb, particularly in India where young people greatly outnumber the old. And while it is easy to proffer lip service in election manifestos, creating millions of jobs is no easy challenge. First, the bulk of additional jobs will not be created in large industries where employment growth has already plateaued; that can happen mainly in the small and medium industries, which need to be boosted with specially designed strategies. The states in which elementary particles, such as photons, can be found have properties which are beyond common sense. Superpositions are produced, such as the possibility of being in two places at once, which defies intuition. In addition, when two particles are entangled a connection is generated: measuring the state of one (whether they are in one place or another, or spinning one way or another, for example) affects the state of the other particle instantly, no matter how far away from each other they are.
Scientists have spent years combining both properties to construct networks of entangled particles in a state of superposition. This in turn allows constructing quantum computers capable of operating at unimaginable speeds, encrypting information with total security and conducting experiments in quantum mechanics which would be impossible to carry out otherwise.

This is like hitting Bullet on the head.
It is very clear that 21 st century on wards we are entering into information age. As Einstein had said in 20 Th century that as per his equation of e=MC(square) that all matter and energy are interchangeable in this space time cosmos.(we are waiting for nuclear fusion to become commercially viable)
The 21st century on wards we will have everything known to us convertible to information bits. So you will have humans , factories , products and services everything getting converted into information bits , it is matter of time.(we are waiting for quantum computers to become commercially viable)
This information age will be run by computer hardware , software and networking to generate big data which will be analysed to produce results which are neither possible either by humans or machines.
So Chief Information Officer in the 21st century commercial enterprise will be a pivotal role :
1. Whether he is working in a pure computer / information firms like Google , oracle , IBM , Intel , Microsoft ,Facebook etc etc
2.Whether he is working in a normal business producing products and services like cement, steel , auto , hotels , airlines etc etc
It will be his job to streamline all the line functions in a normal business enterprise
Technical side : Projects , Production or QA/QC
Commercial side : Sales,Purchase or Finance
Get everything integrated generate the big data , do the analysis and give feedback to management which neither humans nor machines can give.
In a normal commercial enterprise the executive pillars are :
CEO Chief executive officer
COO Chief operation officer
CMO Chief Marketing officer
CFO Chief Finance officer
CIO Chief Information officer will be the 5th pillar.
Earlier the companies understand it the better it is for them , because competition is going to go on increasing only and now we will have permanent situation where supplies of product/services will always be more than demand at any given time so it is survival of the fittest.
Here your Chief Information Officer can use big data analytic s to provide you the cutting edge information which neither humans nor machines will be able to provide.
This will be the difference between the winners and losers in this cut throat competition age and Chief Information Officer will be the real Value Creator in the Information age which is already upon us.

This debate on Creator and Creation and Influence on Life from birth till death
This debate can be divided into two parts.
FIRST PART:
Science has not been able to find with evidence and proof till now that:
1. How was the Universe created (Creator)
2. How Life started on Earth (Creation)
So we have every right to wonder and have that feeling of AWE for these two majestic mysteries, till they are not solved.
SECOND PART:
Religion/Scriptures have all along mentioned about
1. Life after Death i.e afterlife
2. Any effect on your present life from your birth till death from some super natural forces
But each religion/scripture has different views on these two issues.
Here the conflict between Science/Religion comes in because anything which comes in dispute with science/engineering and technology has to go unless and until it can be proven with facts and figures and these two issues do not have any scientific evidence and proof.

Value creation / Wealth creation
My idea of value creation is wealth creation , because finally if you have to measure value creation , that is the best barometer.
Because ultimately whatever endeavor you may do unless and until it does not lead to wealth creation for society as a whole , then it has no meaning.
So the question is do we need financial incentives for creating wealth.I do not know that ,but if it can be proven that financial incentives can lead to more wealth creation for society then any day I will prefer giving financial incentives .
One example is that government can come up with schemes/ policies to encourage people to open new small scale businesses , where it generates employment for people . This will lead to wealth creation for the business owner , jobs and income for all the employees and overall wealth creation for society which automatically means value creation for society.

In layman,s language taking out all the technical jargon's it means this :
1.Trade deficit means jobs are going to some other country which could have been created in host country.As demand exist and host country is not able to fulfill that demand.
2.Budget deficit has actually no meaning .Government has all the power to print currency.
The problem will only come if it leads to hyper inflation.Otherwise tell me what is the problem with budget deficits as long as money is being spent efficiently for public good like creating more local jobs.

Population engaged in agriculture 100 years ago used to be up to 90% of total work force .Now it is hardly 1-2 % in developed countries.Balance in Services and then Manufacturing.
I think in next 100 years when information age is truly upon us may be up to 90% of the population will be involved in anything/everything related with computers i.e hardware,software,networking etc etc and balance 10 % will be taking care of all other occupations.
